Cancellation Policy
Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment your appointment will need to be rescheduled. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you need to cancel within the 24 hour time frame you will be charged 50% of the service, no exceptions.
